Participation in CDSC substantially reduces the time and cost of litigation. It is much faster and parties will find it suitable for resolution of commercial disputes. A skilled mediator in the Centre often helps the parties find a solution quickly even when the parties themselves intially felt there was no chance. A solution should only be reached by agreement of the parties. Resolving disputes quickly is key to maintining cash-flow and the ongoing success of the business. Whilst disputes can arise ovwer any time of business transaction, issues relating to goods and services commonly arise when you start chasing your customer or client for outstanding payment. In such cases, it is essential that the dispute is resolved quickly. If payment remains outstanding over a significant period of time or the dispute escalates and creates emity between you and your customer, your business could suffer catastrophic harm.
