CDSC KIND OF CASES

All cases dealing with commercial disputes are handled by the Centre to provide access to informal, inexpensive and speedy resolution of the disputes with or without legal representation. This includes without litigation:

• Any dispute as to price, invoice, terms, quantity, quality or late delivery and claim of release from liability, counter claim or any claim of deduction or offset.
